Our Patient Participation Group (PPG)

We set up a Patient Participation Group as a means of gaining valuable insights and feedback from our own patients. The PPG highlights and reviews areas patients feel could be improved in the GP surgery. The PPG decides what it wants to focus on and all comments and ideas are addressed by the surgery.  This has greatly helped our medical practice to shape our services and tailor our care towards our patients' needs.
