Our Practice Team - The background
Highland Medical Practice can trace its humble origins at the inception of the NHS in 1948 and we still have patients who remember all the doctors and staff from the very beginning! We have 2 practice sites at 10 Highland Road (Bromley Surgery) and at 59 Sevenoaks Road (Orpington Surgery).
We have only recently moved to our new Orpington Surgery premises at 59 Sevenoaks Road from 1st November 2019 (previously located at Tubbenden Lane) with the intention to provide a wider range of services from better healthcare facilities. Over the decades, we have undergone a number of renovations and developments to deal with demands of our ever-evolving healthcare landscape and meet the standards expected of NHS Clinical Premises.
We are also proud to be involved in training the 'Doctors of Tomorrow' and have Medical Students from King's College & Queen Mary's London. We also keenly support our Junior Doctors in their Foundation Years as well as Trainee GPs and foster an ethos of continuous lifelong learning and professional development.
